Jonathan Todd Ross is a writer and an Earphones and Audie Award-winning voice actor. He has lent his voice to numerous anime television shows, including Yu-Gi-Oh! and Sonic X. Micah Mortali is founder of the Kripalu School of Mindful Outdoor Leadership and director of the Kripalu Schools, housed at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, one of the largest and most established centers for yoga-based education in the world. An avid outdoorsman, Mindful Outdoor guide, 500-hour Kripalu yoga teacher, and popular meditation teacher, Mortali has been leading groups in wilderness and retreat settings for twenty years. He holds an MA in health arts and sciences from Goddard College. He lives with his wife and children in the Berkshires. Stephen Cope is Scholar Emeritus at the famed Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Stockbridge, Massachusetts. He is a Western-trained psychotherapist who writes and teaches about the relationship between Western psychological paradigms and the Eastern contemplative traditions, and is the bestselling and award-winning author of such books as The Great Work of Your Life and Yoga and the Quest for the True Self. In its twenty-fifth anniversary edition, Yoga Journal named him one of the most important innovators in the developing field of American yoga. He lives in Albany, New York.
