He holds a Ph.D. obtained from the University of Newcastle, Australia, a Master of Science from the University of Saskatchewan, Canada, and another Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology, India. His research interests lie in the areas of Information Systems, Algorithms, and Cheminformatics. He possesses administrative skills in the ABET Accreditation Process and software expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ODOO) and Machine Learning using Python. Throughout his career, Paul has received several accolades, including the Best Teacher Award (2010 – 2011) and Distinguished Lecturer Award (2008 – 2009) from Kuwait University, as well as the Industry Relationship Award (2002 – 2003) from KFUPM, Saudi Arabia. A significant project he contributed to is the UNESCO-HP Brain Gain Initiative, which was recognized by UNESCO, with an honor received in the presence of Former US President Bill Clinton in Berlin. Additionally, Paul Manuel is listed in the 'World's Top 2% Scientist 2022' by Stanford University and Elsevier Foundation. Furthermore, he played a crucial role in the development and preparation of the ISC Department's Self-Study Report, which was rated among the top 50 worldwide by ABET in 2017. Kalim Uddin Qureshi is an Associate Professor in the Information Science Department at Kuwait University, Kuwait. He holds a Doctor Engineer degree obtained from the Department of Computer Science and Systems Engineering at Muroran Institute of Technology, Japan, awarded by the Japanese Government. Prior to this, he earned a Master of Science in Engineering from the same institution and worked as a Research Student there. Dr. Qureshi's research interests encompass a wide range of areas including Distributed Computing, Grid Computing, Medical Imaging, Information Systems Development, System Performance Measurement, Information Security, and Computer Forensics. With over 8 years of industry-based research and microprocessor-based product development experience, coupled with 24 years of academic teaching and research experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his field. He has extensive experience serving on academic committees, including ABET Accreditation (16 years), Curriculum Committee (24 years), Labs, Library, Computing Facilities planning committee (24 years), and Graduate Program Committee (24 years). V.Thamilarasi received the Ph.D. degree in computer science, with specialization of Digital Image Processing from Periyar University, Salem, Tamilnadu, India, in 2022. She has more than 9 years of working experience as Lecturer, Assistant Professor. She is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science, Sri Sarada College for Women(Autonomous), Salem, Tamilnadu, India. She has published several research papers in prestigious international journals, 2 book chapters and one of her paper received Best Paper Award in 2021. She also got Young Researcher Award in 2023, International Excellence Award in 2023 and A P J Abdul Kalam Award in 2024 .
