Overview

Blair Carter teaches Virginia History in the scenic Shenandoah Valley and writes Civil War era ghost stories as a hobby. She uses her teaching to help her students discover that the past is prolog and uses her ghost stories to show how past injustice stays with us. When a wealthy and attractive collector of Civil War artifacts contacts Blair about doing research that may lead to finding the legendary Mosby Treasure, Blair finds herself caught up in a murder investigation.

In addition to local history, her current interests include social and environmental justice. She is married and serves several adopted cats with abject devotion.
