Reviews

"""Howard Prosnitz has written a deeply touching, deeply personal, deeply moving love letter to his late wife Reva. By the end, there's a good chance the reader will fall in love with Reva just as the author did. It's a study in persistence during tough times, the magical power of love, and a striking example of how two people, under the right circumstances, become one."" -Charles Salzberg, award-winning author of Second Story Man and Swann's Last Song ""A powerful, necessary, heartfelt life story of love and grief that had to be told. I met Howard when he joined our bereavement group on December 19th, 2019. I have been walking with him through his grief journey ever since our meeting. In this book, Howard now shares with all of us this intimate part of his life's journey memorializing his great love for and great loss of his beautiful bride, Reva. The name Reva in Hebrew means to bind; and so it is that the hearts of Howard and Reva are bound for eternity in God's unconditional loving Presence . . . 'she is with me.'"" -Deacon Peter R. Emr, Bereavement Facilitator, Our Lady of the Visitation Parish, Paramus, N.J. ""Howard Prosnitz describes a miraculous love; a love between two people who had each suffered torturous early lives, yet somehow met and fell in love and shared that love for thirty-five years. Reva is gone-far too young and far too cruelly-but the love has not died. The author shares with the reader the suffering and struggles of dealing with ill-advised medical treatments that finally resulted in the loss of his darling Reva. But through it all, what shines through, what remains, is the love."" -Linda Poskanzer, LCSW"
