Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationDr. Peter Terrence Scott (using the non de plume of Hernán Moreno Ruiz) has many similarities to his fictional hero. Raised and educated in Sydney, Australia, then graduating as a Science Teacher he had a successful career of over forty years in high schools and universities. Studying at various universities part time, he achieved a Bachelor of Science, Masters Degrees in Science (Geology) and Educational Administration and a Doctorate in Education. He, too, volunteered for the Army Reserve in support of his friends who had been conscripted during the Vietnam War and was commissioned into the infantry. After retiring from teaching he has visited all seven continents including South America several times. Here he and his wife travelled extensively visiting, his daughter-in-law's family in the high Andes and also many of the places mentioned in this book. He now lives in Brisbane, Australia with his wife and their sons and families and their grandchildren.
