Overview

Sharklock Bones and his crew of talking animal detectives travel to Ocean City, New Jersey to attend the premier of a new stage production about Sharklock's exploits. They uncover a plot for some thieves to pull a heist and make off with the box office receipts. "John Leone likes writing about the ocean and marine life. His books are pretty much aimed at children as he tries to get and keep their interest in marine ecology. A portion of the sales are donated every month to Mission Blue, an alliance dedicated to cleaner, safer oceans. The books in the Sharklock and Beach series are advertised as ""Children's Books for the Whole Family"". John has also written about the Vietnam era in his ""Us Guys: the Army, the 60's"".
