He holds a PhD in Energy Systems Engineering and Policy Analysis, which stems from research in engineering, energy, environment and economics in the context of climate change and sustainability. He also holds a Master's Degree in Applied Instrumentation and Control (Distinction) and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He is a reviewer for top academic journals, including Energy and Buildings, Building and Environment and, Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews.
