Jacqui M. Rankin is the author of Darkness Forbidden, her first novel published by Scorpius Books in December 2012. Her second novel, Retribution Darkened, and the third novel, Dark Child, completed the trilogy. Her passion for writing began as a child, when she would create stories based around her pets.
