His research focuses on cancer biology, combination therapy in breast cancer, and tuberculosis immunology. Dr. Mir has published over 50 high-impact research papers and book chapters. He has authored more than 15 books with international publishers of repute. He serves on the editorial boards of prestigious journals. He is a member of several scientific organizations, including the American Association of Cancer Research and the Royal British Society. He has received the TARE Fellowship and the SRFP-2019 from the Indian Science Academies.
