Simone Belli is professor of Social Psychology at the Complutense University of Madrid. His research focuses on the intersection of emotions, language, and technology, exploring how digital platforms shape human interaction. As an expert in critical psychology, he is the author of the book Critical Approaches to the Psychology of Emotion, published by Routledge. Verna Alcalde-González is postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Social Anthropology of the University of Barcelona and associate lecturer in the Department of Social Psychology of the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
