Mr. Anderson weaves a complex tale with many twists and turns, a deep psychological conspiracy that kept me guessing until the very end. And -- I don't want to provide any spoilers -- but unlike in so many books, Mr. Anderson doesn't paint his protagonist as a superhero. This is refreshing, to say the least. The writing style reminds me a little of the John Le Carre Smiley novels with an interesting combination of both calm *and* urgency. I look forward to seeing what comes next for Steven Popoford! - R. It's superficially a novel of intelligence, intrigue, espionage, yet there's much more to Resurrection Runner than that, It's a literary novel, to be sure, but so equipped with the paraphernalia and the apparent apparatus of the espionage novel that the reader is halfway through the book or more before it becomes apparent Mr. Anderson has something entirely different in mind. This is a must-read for adults of all ages. - Scott Meredith

Nebraska thriller novelist, Robert Wood Anderson's experience includes politics, firearms, photography, and stage and TV performance. Mr. Anderson and his wife who have lived for many years in California. now live in Bellevue, Nebraska where they enjoy the four seasons they remember from their youth.
