"""Restless Spirit"" is the story of plantation owners Joshua and Katherine McBride in pre-civil war Harpers Ferry. Their biggest wish is to have many children to share their love with. A guardian spirit helps guide this family through an uncertain future. A woman infatuated with Joshua terrorizes them in an attempt to destroy his and Katherine's life together. The civil war disrupts their lives as they attempt to survive, and after the war, their guardian spirit convinces them to go west and begin life anew. Joshua's spirit returns to this plane of existence to tell his side of the story for he cannot rest until the truth is told.
