Craig A. Schilling is professor of educational leadership and program chair for educational finance, HR, law, and the Chief School Business Management Program at Concordia University Chicago. Daniel R. Tomal is Distinguished Professor of Leadership at Concordia University Chicago, teaching research and leadership. He has authored over twenty-five books, as well as two hundred studies and articles. He is a former vice president, teacher, and consultant.
