Prior to his current position he graduated with an MSc in International Business from HEC Paris, France, as well as with a BSc in Economics from University College London, UK. After his graduation, he was a doctoral candidate at the University of Augsburg. In 2014, he earned his Doctoral degree for the dissertation entitled ""Resistance Behavior to National eHealth Implementation Programs"".
