This anthology focuses on the writing process itself and on fundamentals of compositional theory. MICHAEL G. MORAN is Associate Professor of English and Director of Freshman English at the University of Georgia. His present interests include composition theory, rhetorical theory, and 18th-century literature and rehtoric. His previous books include Research in Composition and Rhetoric (1984), Research in Technical Communication (1985), and Research in Basic Writing (1990), all published by Greenwood Press.
