Rickie Solinger is a historian and curator and the author or editor of many books about reproductive politics, including Wake Up Little Susie: Single Pregnancy and Race before Roe v. Wade. Loretta J. Ross is a cofounder of the SisterSong Women of Color Reproductive Justice Collective and cocreator, in 1994, of the theory of reproductive justice. She has addressed women's issues, hate groups, and human rights on CNN and in the New York Times, Time magazine, Los Angeles Times, and USA Today. Holly Adams is a classically trained, award-winning actor and narrator who loves every single thing about stories and the beings that inhabit them. With her attention to tone and character integrity, Holly enjoys narrating pretty much anything, and specializes in action-adventure/fantasy, mysteries/thrillers, and the subtle comfort of self-help nonfiction. Holly's first language was Southern, after which her family moved around a lot, finally settling in rural New York. Combined with a love of languages and her professional training, these experiences gave her a range of regional Southern dialects and an excellent capacity for accent and dialect in general. When not behind a mic, Holly continues to perform on stage, in films, and with the circus, especially Red Nose. Julienne Irons loves all things true crime but has a knack for creating fun voices, which makes her a great choice for children's books and adult novels. It's always fun for her to figure out where characters fit into the stories she gets to tell. She loves getting lost on adventures in inspiring riveting literary fiction, especially when the protagonist is either a woman or the story seeks to bring a voice to the voiceless. She's worked with the amazing Viola Davis on How to Get Away with Murder, Rob Lowe on Lone Star 911, and Nathan Fillion on The Rookie, and a number of other TV shows. With training from Tisch School of the Arts and various prestigious acting studios, she can bring any story to life with love and passion and truly enjoys the work she's so honored to create.
