Author Information

Silvia Florea is Professor in the Department of Anglo-American and German Studies of the “Lucian Blaga” University of Sibiu, Romania. Her main interests include theories of contemporary linguistics, intercultural communication, translation studies, discourse analysis, and ethics of scientific research. Eric Gilder is Professor of Communication and Development Studies at the Papua New Guinea University of Technology in Lae, and a doctoral supervisor at the “Lucian Blaga” University of Sibiu, Romania. His main interests are in international media, adult education, intercultural communication, and communication for development. Diana Florea is Lecturer of Information Management in the Department of Romance Studies of the “Lucian Blaga” University of Sibiu, Romania. Her current research interests are in the cultural histories of reading, cultural and knowledge management, and information theories. Roxana Grunwald is Lecturer of Discourse Typology in the Department of Anglo-American and German Studies of the “Lucian Blaga” University of Sibiu, Romania. Her main interests are in the fields of translation studies, discourse representations and typologies, and multilingual terminology.
