A good investment before investing - Gerri Valentine For someone considering getting into the real estate rental game this book is an excellent reference to get started. The first part is an outline of the basics and is well-written and thorough. Having some experience in the field already for me this was mostly a review. Part 2 is more for the experienced person. It is also well written and comprehensive. The author clearly knows this topic inside and out. I did find several minor errors throughout the text, they were not spelling errors, they were words misused likely not picked up on spell check. But in my opinion, this was not enough to ding the rating because this was such a solid book, a very good outline and overall well-written. It's definitely a five star for me. I recommend this book. I found it very helpful and will save it on my Kindle for future reference.
