Each remedy is analysed according to the same formula, namely under the headings of the form of the order, the nature of the remedy, the nature of the substantive right replicated, and enforcement. It is the first book length study devoted exclusively to the classification of private law remedies. It is clearly written and (as befits a book on classification) beautifully organised.
