Not only will you want to read this book cover to cover, but you will also want to share it with every ReLeader you know.Sam Chand, Author of Leadership Pain In the next decade, tens of thousands of pastors will get the call to take over the senior pastor role from an older pastor who's been in place for years or decades. It will rarely be easy. This is the powerful resource you're looking for to guide you through your assignment. Carey Nieuwhof, Bestselling Author of At Your Best, Podcaster and Founder of The Art of Leadership Academy Jon has an excellent perspective on what it takes to be handed the reigns of an organization in the midst of leadership turmoil. Thank you, Jon, for writing this book, for starting the ReLeader podcast, and for sharing your anointed gift and experience. Scott Wilson, Author of Identity: The Search that Leads to Significance and True Success, Founder and CEO of Ready Set Grow Very few leaders inherit a more difficult day-one situation in leadership than Jon Chasteen. I know because I was part of the process of setting him in as the Lead Pastor of Victory Church in Oklahoma City. I have also been a fellow elder with Jon at Victory and a close friend since he took over. What I have witnessed over the past nine years is the transformation of a church and the emergence of a truly great leader.
