Overview

I have written sixteen books in Spanish, the first of which was published in 1982. This is my sixteenth book, the first translated into English. The title of my first book is The Solution Is a Few. Its idea is that a few members-sometimes only one-can improve their effectiveness in organizations. Reinvent Yourself and Make a Difference in the Community has the same purpose as my first book but is focused on our society. Every one of us is a leader because we influence people around us. I dream that many of us make a difference by transmitting our knowledge and experience to people who need it and are willing to receive it. Becoming empowering leaders is the solution for our world!
