Overview

Reiki has many levels and forms, and has evolved from the pure, ""original"" practice of its Buddhist founder, Dr. Mikao Usui. Reiki is about ""facing the mirror,"" the inner mirror of our own mind. As we progress with our spiritual practice we can begin to clean away the layers of misconception that colour the way we view ourselves, others and the world around us.
