Overview

It is eleven years since I first wrote and used this teaching manual and in that time, I have changed and so has my approach to Reiki. I am much more likely to use the word ""allowing"" in place of ""Reiki,"" which I find makes the practice less esoteric and much more accessible to any and everyone.
