Shamim Akhtar is a postdoctoral researcher at Jiangsu University, China. She completed her Ph.D. in Management Sciences and Engineering with core focus on green innovation and entrepreneurship. Her current research projects are related to digital transformation, green innovation performance, and green entrepreneurship of SMEs. She has experience of teaching several courses including 'principles of management, human resource management and organizational processes & regulations'. She has publications in well reputed SSCI journals and many more in the reviews and process of submission.
