She currently serves as Director of Research at Fès Business School, part of the Université Privée de Fès in Morocco. Holding a doctorate in economics and management from the Faculty of Legal, Economic, and Social Sciences in Fès, she focuses her work on financial markets, fintech innovations, circular economy models, and broader topics tied to economic management. With over a decade of experience in higher education, she’s taken on key academic and leadership roles. She's been a full-time professor, educational director, and managed institutional partnerships across several Moroccan institutions. Her teaching spans a wide range—market finance, portfolio management, national accounting, monetary economics, and project management. She's also supervised more than 100 master’s and doctoral theses. Her research output is both prolific and internationally recognized. She has published in several indexed journals, including Finance & Finance Internationale, Revue Internationale des Sciences de Gestion, Alternatives Managériales et Économiques, and Sustainability (ISSN: 2071-1050).
