OverviewIn today's hyper-connected world, no workplace challenge looms larger than the generational divide--yet few leaders know how to bridge it. In this revised and expanded version of her book ReGenerate, national speaker and ""generational translator"" Jessica Stollings teams up with former college professor and Gen Z expert Dr. Karah Sprouse to answer the questions: What are we building, how can it be better, and how can we do it together? Are sneakers appropriate workplace attire? Should success be measured by hours or outcomes? How many exclamation marks are too many in an email? These everyday questions reveal deeper generational divides in values, communication, and expectations. As workplaces evolve in demographics, structure, and technology, much about how we relate and communicate has been lost in translation. From Boomers to Millennials, Gen Xers to Gen Z, clashing perspectives can spark tension--or unlock powerful collaboration. Six years after releasing the first edition of ReGenerate, Jessica Stollings--with over two decades of experience studying generations--has joined forces with Dr. Karah Sprouse. Together, they expand and update this important work with new chapters focused on Gen Z and introducing Gen Alpha, new data and research, as well as information addressing how COVID-19 has reshaped generational dynamics and why this matters today. Blending real-world stories, research, and interviews, ReGenerate Empowering Generations to Work with (and Not Against) Each Other is a timely must-read for business leaders, executives, students, and anyone looking to create a more efficient, diverse, multigenerational work environment. ReGenerate will help readers: Identify the root causes of generational disconnect Establish a framework for dissolving workplace tension Use actionable tools to improve communication and employee engagement Align around a shared mission and vision Turn generational differences into a competitive advantage Whether you're a CEO navigating cultural change, an HR leader revamping team dynamics, or a student preparing to enter the workforce, ReGenerate provides the tools to lead with empathy, communicate with clarity, and collaborate across generations.
