Dr Donohoe has a PhD in Teaching and Learning, from University College Dublin (UCD), and a Master of Science (Nursing) from the University of Dublin, Trinity College (TCD) and a Graduate Diploma in Entrepreneurial Education from UCD. She is a Registered General Nurse, a Registered Midwife, a Registered Public Health Nurse and a Registered Nurse Tutor. Dr Donohoe is also a Fellow of the Faculty Nursing and Midwifery at RCSI.
