Dr. Dick Daniels is the Founder and President of The Leadership Development Group, established in 2008. He also leads a global LinkedIn community by the same name, consisting of more than 275,000 leadership practitioners who collaborate daily on the real-world challenges of leading and developing people at every level. Previously, Daniels served as Dean of Student Development at Bethel Theological Seminary, where he launched the Association for Student Development in Theological Education and hosted three national conferences focused on nurturing the personal and spiritual growth of future ministry leaders. He has also been a church planter, launching congregations in Phoenix and Minneapolis.Daniels is the author of four nationally awarded leadership books in The Leadership Development Group library (www.The365DayLeader.org), and four children's titles in the Oak Street Treehouse series-which have also earned national book awards (www.OakStreetTreehouse.com). His proudest accomplishment, however, is his family: three adult children and seven grandchildren.For more than twenty years, Daniels has served as an Executive Leadership Development Coach for corporate leaders across industries. He is a Certified Master Coach with Marshall Goldsmith's Stakeholder Centered Coaching and partners with the Chief Executive Group as both an executive coach and a recurring facilitator for Chief Executive Network events.Daniels invests in the next generation through his volunteer work with Young Life in Naples, Florida, including their Capernaum Club for students with special needs-where he helped launch a Capernaum Choir.
