Tanwie is an interdisciplinary Scholar with a cotutelle Ph.D. in Cultural Sustainability from the University of Maiduguri, Nigeria and the University of Hildesheim, Germany, with earlier degrees in Cultural Sustainability (M.A., University of Maiduguri) and Performing and Visual Arts (B.A., University of Buea Cameroon).
