This book has one clear and urgent overall objective : Develop strategic-spiritual guidelines based on the CECA-Lucero Model (2024) integrated with Hawkins' levels of consciousness and Bolivarian Spirituality, which include a structured psycho-spiritual support program for the healing of post-combat trauma and the strengthening of National Security. THE THEORETICAL PILLARS OF RECONNECT This theory did not arise in a vacuum. It rests on four complementary conceptual pillars: PILLAR 1: David Hawkins' Scale of Consciousness: Hawkins, a psychiatrist and spiritual teacher, demonstrated that consciousness is not binary but is a field that possesses a spectrum (1-1000 according to the Hawkins scale) with qualitatively different levels. Its crucial contribution: level 200 marks the turning point where consciousness ceases to be reactive and debilitating, becoming proactive and empowering. Trauma is a dramatic drop in calibration.
