Since I have published my Books at various online stores and made my email ID network@manikjoshi.com public, I have been receiving emails from all kinds of people. Some of them are buyers of my Books. Some of them ask various questions regarding how to create website or eBooks. Some send me personal messages. All these emails give me sense of worthiness. But there is also a section of email senders who are only interested in getting me trapped in online scams. I am getting Scam Emails regularly at my 'official' email ID network@manikjoshi.com. Initially I used to delete these sorts of emails immediately. But later I decided to keep these emails in record and publish a book so that other people could learn how suspicious emails look like, and they could avoid getting trapped. I have also received such sorts of emails at my other email IDs. I have included some of those emails in this book as well. In this book I have mentioned 24 such emails [Out of which 20 emails were received at my email ID network@manikjoshi.com while remaining 4 emails have been selected from my other email IDs.] After reading these emails you will have idea how scam emails look like and you would never get trapped. ] Widely Used Term 'PHISHING' - When online scammers impersonate a business or organization to trick you into giving out your personal or financial information, we call it phishing. It is highly recommended that you never divulge your personal and financial information in response to these sorts of emails. It is always better not to respond to these sorts of emails at all. There is no scheme in this world which could make you rich overnight. Nobody would give an unknown person millions of dollars as claimed by senders of most of these emails.

Manik Joshi was born on Jan 26, 1979 at Ranikhet and is permanent resident of Haldwani, Kumaon zone of India. He is an internet marketer by profession. He is interested in domaining (business of buying and selling domain names), web designing (creating websites), and various online jobs (including 'self book publishing'). He is science graduate with ZBC (zoology, botany, and chemistry) subjects. He is also an MBA (with specialization in marketing). He has done three diploma courses in computer too.
