He obtained his B.Sc (Geology) from the University of Rangoon and received a Postgraduate Diploma in Hydrogeology from University College London and M.Sc. degree from the University of London. He obtained his Ph.D in Civil Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Dr. Bo is a Fellow of the Geological Society, London, Chartered Geologist and also a European Geologist. He has published over 60 papers in International Conferences and Journals. He has been working as Consultants for several Reclamation and Soil improvement Projects in Singapore and the Far East. Prof. Victor CHOA is currently Professor and Dean of Admissions at the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore. He obtained his B.A. and M.A. from the University of Cambridge, M.Sc. from the University of Birmingham and Ph.D. from the National University of Singapore. Professor Choa has been active in teaching, research and consulting in the field of geotechnical engineering in general and land reclamation and soil improvement in particular.
