Die Autorin: Sandra Werkmüller, geboren 1968 in Helmstedt, studierte Rechtswissenschaften in Göttingen, Lausanne, Trier und Bonn. Im Anschluß an die erste juristische Staatsprüfung absolvierte sie ab 1996 ihr Referendariat, dem 1998 die zweite juristische Staatprüfung folgte. Die Autorin ist Richterin im Bezirk des Oberlandesgerichts Hamm.
