Recent Financial Crisis 2007-2011; What Went Wrong?

Overview

Financial Crisis (Oxford, 2005) is a collapse in price of financial obligations, which may lead to a collapse in the economy. Financial crises have been so frequent and costly for governments, and simultaneously tax payers. In this report we cover the period from the deterioration of Bank Golden Era with the Latin American Debt crisis with a cost of more than $U.S. 44 Billions (Radelet, et al., 1998 a). The second crisis is then the Asian Crisis of 1997 caused by economic imbalances and cost $U.S. 105 Billion for the Five Asian Tigers Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Thailand.
