He is Distinguished Professor of Economics in the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University, USA, where he is also a senior research associate in the Center for Policy Research. Francesco Moscone is Professor of Business Economics and Division Lead for Organisations and People at Brunel University, UK.
