Roscoe Coe Kirby is a personal trainer and life coach from Phoenix, Arizona. For the first 30 years of his life he struggled with childhood trauma, depression, emotional eating, drug and alcohol abuse, impulsive reactions, smoking, and other unhealthy behaviors. He has lost over 150 pounds, earned a Masters' Degree in Counseling after failing at college 4 times, and has dedicated his life to the service of others. He uses what science has taught him through evidence based research, what he has learned in over 12 years as a personal trainer and counselor, and what God has given him through insight to help those who are struggling in life. He lives in Phoenix, Arizona with the love of his life and gift from God, Nadine Duran-Kirby.
