Overview

This book is based upon contributions from multi-disciplinary agencies, including the courts, police, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Community Development and Sports, VWOS, social workers, educators as well as foreign contributors who are experts in the field of juvenile delinquency. The emphasis is how the collaborative efforts of these agencies have helped these wayward youths back onto road of recovery and what challenges lie ahead in the future as our society evolves in the 21st century. Stories of troubled youths and their families are also included as an inspiration to others that there is still hope for our teenage delinquents.
