Lucretia Mason-Underdue, an ordained minister, is a former radio personality and former faculty and staff facilitator for the National Baptist Student Union Retreat. Elder Mason-Underdue is employed with the Portsmouth Public School System as a School Counselor and is also a qualified Mental Health Counselor for the state of Virginia.
