My name is JP Fluellen, and although I now enjoy an epic mohawk and a flourishing career helping people buy and sell homes, I wasn't always a real estate agent. In fact, like many folks in this business, my journey was a colorful and meandering one, with a dream or two that died hard (I'm talking about you, Hollywood). I was born and raised in North Dakota, spent years underperforming in the academic world and doing okay in a variety of sales and telemarketing jobs. Along the way, I spent 13 years in the Army National Guard and did a tour in Iraq and Kuwait. Dozens of podcasts, books, classes and a mentor or two later, I found my calling in real estate, and I haven't looked back since.
