As Vice Principal responsible for Quality of Education, Miriam's leadership experience includes roles such as Assistant Headteacher, Designated Safeguarding Lead, Chair of Governors, and Head of Year. Haili Hughes (Author) Dr Haili Hughes is the Director of Education at IRIS Connect and leads mentoring on the international PGCE and IQTS at the University of Sunderland.
