Kacey Carpenter is an accomplished author, activist, and community organizer with a rich background in digital innovation. He has a passion for life, family, friends, and the outdoors, and he loves coaching, teaching, traveling, and volunteering. Kacey's life journey changed when he served as a Bernie Sanders delegate and volunteered extensively-experiences that propelled him to run for city council, become a delegate for the California Democratic Party, and actively support grassroots campaigns, candidates, and causes. His first book, ""My Journey with Bernie,"" chronicles this inspiring journey. He is committed to supporting progressive volunteer organizations, serving candidates, campaigns, and causes, and volunteering to help elect political candidates to office. With over three decades of experience, he has worked at the intersection of technology, movement building, and organizations across non-profits, as well as the public and private sectors. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science degree from UCLA. Kacey now lives with his partner Kathy in Oregon. He serves campaigns, candidates, and causes to ensure democracy, protect our planet, and fight for equity, inclusion, and justice for all.
