Overview

This volume brings together Canadian scholars and practitioners to articulate a variety of historical, geographical, and political positions on the field of adult education in Canada. The chapter authors examine the country?s interests and discourses and detail Canada?s history, educational initiatives, movements, and linguistic struggles.
