Author Information

Claire Uhlich is a lover of words, with an insatiable curiosity for the human condition. A transformational yoga instructor and intuitive massage practitioner, she founded Island Healing, an integrative holistic wellness centre on Phillip Island, Australia. Claire now inspires 'women like me' to accept all parts of themselves and end the epidemic of self-expression repression. Alix-Maree is an artist who has used her ability to draw for the greater good. Alix works with breast cancer survivors, specialising in areola reconstruction and scar camouflage after breast cancer surgery. It is her passion to be involved in an artistic world in any way possible. Alix also runs a business in Mornington Peninsula, Australia, where she performs tattoo art on a full-time basis.
