Natashay Starr, Coach Starr, started her medical career in 1999, with a bachelor's degree in health communication. She is a certified Transformational coach and Bereavement coach, with additional studies. After working in multiple medical specialties, the world of medical marketing and sales became her livelihood, pitching and cultivating relationships with thousands of physicians. She began to work long hours with a mission to become ultra-successful, but she never realized her life was spiraling out of control.A single mother, work-acholic, alcoholic, who felt shattered and broken, she was suffering from suicidal thoughts, diminished dreams, asinine aspirations . . . which all lead to undiagnosed depression. There is more to life than the mundane, mediocre, miserable moments that became the norm until now. When Coach Starr moved from Atlanta, Georgia, to Sacramento California, for work, the sabbatical began-no family, friends, or distractions-it was time to dissect her life. Many years later, it finally happened-her internal joy, peace, and self-love was restored and magnified. Perfectly imperfect is so freeing.Coach Starr developed a passion to help others, and finally aligned, an internal chakra balance state of mind changed her life.
