We LOVE Portland, and visit as often as possible....just by chance we found this book. We spent four days running around visiting as many places as possible, (from the book) and had an absolutely incredible time. Finding just about all of them, the only negative aspect of the book, it needs a better map system.....you will still need a good map to find out where you are and where you are going, otherwise no complaints at all. She could put a fold out map in the book and have it made. The restaurants were still delightful and the folks who own these spots were terrific. Another great point is NO advertising! She sussed out these places and wrote about them, period!
