He holds an M.S. and a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso. Jae Sok Son is an assistant professor in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at The University of Texas at El Paso. Benjamin C. Flores is an associate professor in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at the University of Texas at El Paso.
