This special re-print edition of the Pennsylvania School of Agriculture's Raising Beef Cattle is considered one of the most important works ever published on this famous breed of Beef Cattle. First published in 1816, this short booklet on beef cattle, has not seen the light of day since its early publication. Included are the basics of raising, housing and fattening bee cattle for meat purposes. Note: This edition is a perfect facsimile of the original edition and is not set in a modern typeface.
