Hamed S. Al-Raweshidy leads a group of researchers at the Electronic Engineering Laboratory at the University of Kent, Canterbury. He holds a M.Sc. in electronic engineering from the University of Technology, Baghdad and a Ph.D. in electronic engineering from the University of Strathclyde, U.K. Shozo Komaki is a professor in the department of communications engineering at Osaka University, where he received his M.S. and Ph.D. in communications engineering.
