NRK operates via FM, DAB and internet radio. The main channels are: * NRK P1 is the biggest channel in Norway, offering a variety of programs for the vast majority. Newsbreaks every hour. * NRK P2 is the cultural channel, offering a daily morning news program, as well as classical music. * NRK P3 is the youth channel, with new populair and often norwegian music. NRK also offers special and narrowed radio channels: * NRK Sami radio offering programs and news in Sami languages * NRK Alltid klassisk (Always classic) is one of the first DAB radio channels in Norway, with classical music and programs all the time. * NRK Alltid Nyheter (Always news) offering long news programs, replays of programs and broadcasting BBC World Service at night. * NRK mP3 a diversion of NRK P3, only without hosts. Sending pop-music, often used in gym studios.
