The station operated at 930 kHz AM and covered the entire Caribbean region. It aired programmes in the English, Spanish and French languages. Radio Antilles broadcast English programming all day on 930 kHz, and Spanish programming from 10:00 PM - 01:00 AM. French language programming was broadcast on 740 kHz and relayed on 1450 kHz. Radio broadcasting is an audio (sound) broadcasting service, broadcast through the air as radio waves (a form of electromagnetic radiation) from a transmitter to a receiving antenna. Stations can be linked in radio networks to broadcast common programming, either in syndication or simulcast or both. Audio broadcasting also can be done via cable FM, local wire networks, satellite and the Internet.
